Can have a range of interviews from telephone which is from a script, nothing too difficult, group interviews are about a seris of group e revised which is about thinking out side of the box and group participation. One to ones are general interview quiet toons.i would recommend doing a little background research, talk lots about giving great customer service and working in teams. Give examples.
group based interview followed by 1-1, asking about a variety of your experiences and qualifications and why you may be suitable for the job. really quick and very straight forward- only one interview

Group based question asking to prioritise the order of tasks
Well structured and flexible: few questions about how to deal with difficult situations and how to deal with team work. Tasks required are mainly focused on show how you can organize stuff.

Was given a case scenario during the interview and how i handle each situation, in steps. The overall interview was 30 minutes long, they replied in 3 days offering me the job!
