I had a conversation with the Talent Acquisition team, a more informal discussion with the hiring manager, then 2 panel interviews (with folks who would be peers or senior product managers, etc.).

I was interviewing for a slightly different industry than I'd previously worked in, so they asked questions regarding transferable skills, and if I thought I'd be able to manage the change in industry.

Interview
It was a vanilla interview process. Culture and energy of the company are fully profit driven and do not have much meaning, interviewees struggled with a solid and consistent culture sound bite.

Spoke with a recruiter who seemed uninterested in doing her job. She showed up late to the interview, then acted inconvenienced throughout the conversation. Was looking for ways to end the interview quickly. Very unprofessional
