Good interview, in depth questions. asked around 10 questions based on my food and hygiene knowledge and was conducted in a care home. Questions were mixed based on my experiences being in food service.
Friendly. Approachable. Forward looking. Interactive. Able to put across points and ask questions. Technical aspects included. competency questions not direct. Background and ref already taken informally so quite aware of candidate.
