I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
I was initially asked to have a telephone interview with one of their recruiters. It was absolutely awful, she was in the car on speaker phone even though I was given a specific timeslot for the call. This was hugely off-putting right from the start, I felt like she obviously wasn't able to listen properly as she was driving and couldn't have been making any notes. The call also cut off twice so I ended up having to call her back each time even if I was like mid answer!
The call was on a Wednesday afternoon and I was told I would know the outcome by that Friday. I didn't end up hearing anything for over 2 weeks, to which I just got a generic email saying I was unsuccessful.
I expected so much better from Vodafone, I was so shocked and disappointed. Probably won't look to apply there again.

Question 1
Describe a time when you have had to do something you didn't particularly want to do
There were a lot of questions about what I know about the position and why I've chosen this specific one. For example: How do you imagine your day to day activities at this role?
I applied online. I interviewed at Vodafone (Prague)
Interview
I was invited for the onsite interview, which required me to do a homework for the onsite assessment centre (prior attending it). The recruiter unfortunately was not willing to share full job information with me prior to the onsite event (so I could not fully decide whether the position is actually a good fit for me prior even attending the onsite and eventually wasting my time). Also, the interview process missed the phone screen at all. The onsite assessment centre was the 1st step in their hiring selection process.
