Great traction at the beginning with multiple interviews arranged by very efficient member of the talent team. Met some very nice people but unfortunately with the exception of one person, the interview technique deployed was simplistic and lacked rigour. After investing time in multiple interviews, I received no feedback for several weeks. Really disappointing particularly as this process was owned by HR and Talent Attraction.
