I am sorry to hear you did not have a great experience interviewing with Velo. We are the first to recognize our interview process is thorough, as it must be to protect our organization's culture. Considering our team hails from all parts the US, representing most all races and cultural backgrounds in our demographic makeup, and our leadership team (half of which is female) consists of those with Hispanic, Asian, and American heritage - we must disagree with your sentiment "this company, they're racist". Further, Katie is one of the most respectful, kind, and inclusive human-beings anyone could have the pleasure to work with.
