30 minute call with hiring manager with basic questions about why I'm interested in position, then flew myself in (because I was relocating) to tour place and meet other employees, then another 30 minute call with HR business partner. Afterwards had to provide 5 references and then offer was made. Entire process took about two months.

Phone screen with HR. Interview with Manufacturing Lead. Didn't get into specifics of chip production, but more into expectations of how important the work is. Time is money in a production environment like that, and the role is to maximize time on tools.

The interviewers were all very friendly and I didn't get the job because I was not a good fit for the job.
Overall good people, good technology- would love to interview again.
