Their recruitment people call you to set up an appointment. They want you to come in 15 minutes early to show how punctual you can be. You fill out the interview papers (application) and sit down to wait. The Assistant Manager will call you in for the interview. You go over your papers and they ask you questions and based on your qualifications, they will decide whether or not for you to continue to the second interview.

Why are you looking so hard for a job? What is motivating you?
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
