The process was alright, they had vague expectations and did not really give clarity on day-to-day processes. They pretty much just wanted to know if I was capable of handling basic tasks.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vantage Labs (Yardley, PA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Painfully long. First phone IV, then take online "Wonderlic" test (mostly used for athletes!?). Then two 1:1 interviews. And weeks later I was hired. Offer letter turned out to be too good to be true, sales goals were not achievable.
