I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vanta in Mar 2025
Interview
HR call, technical screen, onsite, coding, system design, behavioral. Interviewers were less collaborative. They pasted the code, problems here and there in different lines without even mentioning. There was a missing piece and they insist everything was correct until I proved it was missing. Bad attitudes during interview
