I went through 3 technical rounds for the ENBD client at ValueLabs—cleared every single one of them. The interview experience was great, and I was confident about getting the offer.
- Jan 16, 2025 – HR called to schedule the interview.
- Jan 17, 2025 – Round 1: Cleared.
- Jan 20, 2025 – Round 2: Cleared.
- Jan 27, 2025 – Client Round: Cleared.
After that, I was told HR discussions would happen and things would move forward. They collected every single document needed for offer processing. I waited every day for a week, expecting the offer. I followed up multiple times, and every time, I got the same generic response—"We are processing the offer" or some other BLAH excuse.
Even after multiple follow-ups and sharing a few more documents, there was no progress. And then today, Feb 7, 2025, when I followed up again, HR just casually told me to "move on" because there’s some "issue with the client."
Seriously? After wasting weeks of my time, clearing all rounds, and going through endless follow-ups, they just drop this on me? Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
