Easy and fast. This was not a hard interview at all. However the employer didn’t seem set on explaining much. I just did the interview and the drug test and I practically had the job.
Interviewed with two senior researchers. Very standard interview questions. Get in touch with professors first before you apply for a job. It's all about connection. Work with professors who have already got tenure. Don't work for assistant professors if you have a choice.
