I saw an ad on Craigslist (I was pretty desperate to find a job), sent an email with my resume, and received a call from the hiring manager. I talked with the hiring manager on the phone for about 15-20 minutes and after I was asked to come in for an on-site interview. They don't have video conferencing for remote meetings. I traveled to San Jose from out of town for the interview (not paid for by USWired). The interviews were very quick, about 20-30 minutes each. I spoke with my direct supervisor, the CTO (now former CTO), and the CEO. They asked me more on my past experiences. They did not measure "culture fit". I received a call about an hour after the interview with a verbal job offer.
