Interview
The interview process included three interviews. Interviews were held with the recruiter, followed by the team lead, and lastly the operations manager. The recruiter was friendly and very informative. Benefit information was immediately shared after the first interview.
Lengthy, started with a recruiter, second interview with management- more intensive core related questions. Third interview with HR which was more personal and had more of an explanation of the company culture and open to questions.

Asked how I would handle the stressful long hours and overtime expected during OE?
The recruiter actually found me and made the interview process go pretty quick. I had my interview scheduled just about a week after my initial screening. I then got an offer a few days after this. The interview itself was not too long and with all of the hiring managers at the same time. They were very respectful and sincere/pleasant. One of the best interviews I've ever had.
