I applied online. It took about a month to hear from HR. They scheduled a phone interview. The questions were behavioral and situational questions nothing that would surprise anyone. HR was extremely nice to deal with. She was willing to answer any questions I had honestly and gave me details on what to expect for my interview. The next step was a video conference interview since this was a work at home position and the managers were located in TX. I interviewed with 2 managers, both which were very nice and took the time to answer all my questions. The questions were basic claims and injury questions, again nothing shocking. They were very honest as to what their expectations are and what the job entails. About a week later I was contacted by HR with an offer and the steps to complete the background check. That process took about 2 weeks.
