I went in with a security card and they hired me- no interview, no history- just in. This should have been my first red flag. They will literally take anyone with a pulse.

There wasn't one. The CEO ran into me with a security jacket on from another job and told me to start the next week. This really should have been my first red flag that it would only get worse from there. The only positive that the extra title gave me was one more line for a resume.

Interview
There really is no interview. I walked in, the CEO asked me what my name was... that was it. If you have a valid guard card you are hired. I never even had to fill out paper work. Sadly it should have been my 1st red flag about the company's future.
