First you apply online. Next they email you if interested and you must set up testing. If you pass testing they send email for interview. Be advise to constantly check email. They schedule interview for the following day or the next day that email is sent.

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.
There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

Interview
There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
