I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at US Army in Aug 2008
Interview
I sat down in front of a panel. The panel was just as you see it on TV. I had to sit upright and rigid with my feet directly in front of me and my hands on my lap. I had study material and the was asked questions right from my study guide.
Standardized questions. 30-45 minute interview. Able to ask questions at the end and able to receive duties for job. Panel members were very welcoming and open to answer questions. Analytics

Interview
I lived in Germany at the time, the interview process was over the phone. The interview went well; they asked the right questions, were very welcoming and easy-going. Even thought my bad call connections from overseas kept dropping, they were very understanding with the few times I had to call back to continue the interview.
