USAJobs resume upload with documents and in person interview. Along with supporting documentation such as civilian resume, cover letter, military service verification. Security Clearance Screening and verification along with getting uploaded into the army human resources management system.

Interview
I had a 15 minute screening interview for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command and U.S. Army Cadet Command. It was over the phone. Although I had 5+ years of experience, they brought me in for a position that was described as more entry level. The job description did not read that way.
