Interview
The manager was very accommodating with scheduling and put me at ease. They described the benefits well. There were a lot of standard UPMC questions that need to be answered.
Mostly behavioral health questions. Be prepared to give examples of previous work and how you handled specific scenarios, such as a time you disagreed with management. STAR method would work best with their questions.
