Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward, consisting of a campus interview and then 3 interviews at the Superday. The interviews very simple and more mostly behavioural. In fact one of the superday interviewer was very friendly and had a nice chat with him instead of interviewing. It consisted of questions like Tell me about yourself?, What are your strengths and weeknesses? Describe your project work? your toughest challenge? How do think an ideal interview should be conducted? Why are you considering UBS? What course did you most learn from? One guy asked me to draw a block diagram of one of the projects I had done to test my whiteboard skills. All in all an interesting experience
