Interview
HR contact me several days before to fix the date for the interview, and i talked to two people in turn during the process of the phone interview. it took about an hour. we first went through my resume and he asked questions about my background, and then they described the job roles.
First round was panel Interview with 2 people, Ask questions on Statistics and resume. One was the VP of the team and other was regional manager. The Interview was not that difficult. But then I was ghosted. There was no reply from either HR or anyone else, I tried contacting them several times
4 rounds in total, 1 HR and 3 interviews with different members of the team, overall a smooth process with focus on the candidate experience and the value add to the team
