Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and asked for a call the same day. The interview was simple and to the point. We talked through my resume, asked about salary expectations, and how soon I could start. He scheduled me for a 2nd phone interview two days later. The interview ended up being postponed because of an emergency with code that was pushed to production. When the 2nd interview happened, it lasted all of 15 minutes and was easier than the recruiting screen. It was another review of my resume and basic training questions. I was offered a final in-person interview 3 days later. The final interview was with department managers and lasted 30 minutes. At the time I was thrilled to move so quickly through the process, but after I was hired I realized this was a major red flag.
