      Regional Operations Manager Interview

      Dec 4, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Tampa, FL
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Triage Partners (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2025

      Interview

I recently went through the interview process with Triage Partners and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I found the process to be professional, thoughtful, and well-structured. From the beginning, everyone I met — including the hiring panel and the CEO — was kind, respectful, and genuinely engaged in getting to know me. The interview format relied heavily on STAR-based questions, which I appreciated because it made the process feel objective and skill-focused. I also received timely follow-ups at each stage, which helped me feel informed and respected as a candidate. I ultimately made it to the third interview, but was informed via email that I was not selected for the position. While of course I would have loved to move forward, I accepted the decision and appreciated the clarity of the communication. The one area that left me disappointed was the lack of feedback afterward. This opportunity was especially meaningful to me, as it was my first interview process outside of AT&T in my 27-year career there. Given how far I progressed and the thoughtful nature of the interviews, I had hoped for insight into where I might strengthen or what may have been missing. I reached out to the recruiter for guidance, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Despite that, I want to be clear: my overall impression of Triage Partners is positive. The team seemed mission-driven and genuinely invested in finding the right fit. I respect their decision, and I would absolutely be open to future discussions if a role aligned with my experience and skills. I’m grateful for the opportunity, and I hope sharing this helps future candidates know what to expect.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me to walk through a specific situation where I faced a major operational challenge, explain the actions I took to resolve it, and describe the measurable results.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about our team and process. We truly appreciate it. I also want to sincerely apologize that you did not receive more specific feedback from our recruiter following your interview. We always aim to communicate clearly and respectfully, and we fell short of that standard in your case. Please know that your candidacy was very strong — you were highly qualified, and the decision was extremely difficult. It truly came down to a very close 1A / 1B situation, and you made the choice hard for us. We genuinely enjoyed getting to know you, and we hope to stay connected for future opportunities that align with your experience and goals. Wishing you continued success in all of your future endeavors.
