Drove to location, interviewed with two people. I could tell as soon as I walked in how unprofessional the place was. They wanted me to work 9 hrs a day, 5 days a week AND be on call with a take home cell phone (making calls afterwork) and only pay $35-40k to start. I myself have much more experience than the lead manager and they had trouble confirming interviews, or following up with calls. I denied the position due to the fact that they’re also trying to squeeze 150+ people into their small building - you cannot move as it is. They clearly need new management.
