The HR person called me without warning (i.e. did not set up a time via e-mail, just called). I could not talk at that time, and returned the phone call when I had availability (...the HR person did not answer when I called back). I suggested some dates/times in my message for a discussion, and HR person responded via text for one of the times. The HR person ghosted me, however (i.e. did not call me at the date and time set).

Interview
There was one interview over the phone, which was quite technical. The next interview, in person, was a lot more about understanding your character, which I enjoyed a lot. There was also an autoCAD test, related to the position I was applying to.
