I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Travelers in Sep 2010
Interview
First step, job fair with questioner and follow-up interview with a recruiter that had come in from Conn. home office about 13 people. While they reviewed the initial process they had someone explain the professional development process within the company. Back a week later for skills assessment. testing. 7 modules, 2 with a computer and 5 on math, verbal, and psych evaluation. I received a call the next day and set-up an interview for the following week. All the people I have met with are professionally casual and pleasant. It makes me believe that I would fit well.

Question 1
Do you understand that you may be crawling into hot attics or crawl spaces?
Had a phone call interview. Was asked 5-6 questions, Smth about my specific experience mentioned in the resume, tell me about a time you worked in a team, why insurance? and some case specific.
The initial phone interview went great. The interviewer told me to expect a call to schedule the next step with the Claims Team.
They never interviewed me so they closed the door before even meeting although I was more than qualified and deserved the interview.
