Phone Interview then an In Person Interview. Both were extremely easy. In the end, it seemed the store I was applying for was really lookIng for someone with way more experience than I had. I never recieved an offer, kinda sucked.
It took a long time to get an interview, because I had applied during their slow season. But when they finally got around to me they were very interested so to my skills and experience.

Interview
The interview was very well executed. I was interviewed by two people the store manager and a team leader. They went very fast seemed like they wanted to get done and decide quickly. Both people were very easy to talk to and relate to. I liked the manger's philosophy and it seemed like a fit. I got a tour of the store and a fast overview of what I'd do. The training seems to be a little different.
