I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Traction on Demand (Winnipeg, MB) in Jul 2021
Interview
4-step interview process (phone interview w/talent acquisition specialist, interview w/hiring manager, demo, and culture interview):
1. Phone Interview: 20 minutes phone interview with their talent acquisition specialist; checks your experiences and education; explains the job and the hiring process.
2. Interview w/ the Hiring Manager: ~30mins virtual interview; conversation with the hiring manager on the human level; pre-cultural fit talk/interaction.
3. Demo: ~1 hour virtual interview; it could be a re-implementation of your work using their technology (SF) or one of the listed ones (task document will be given a week prior to your next interview).
4. Culture interview: ~30mins virtual interview; talks about life; just be you!
Your talent acquisition specialist will be your friend! Any question you have they've got the answers. They will be the one setting up your interviews until the end!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Traction on Demand in Apr 2021
Interview
The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and told me that they would hire 100+ employees in their Winnipeg office. She told me that she would conduct a phone interview and gave me the schedule. I waited for at least an hour, messaged her on LinkedIn, but she never responds.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Traction on Demand (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2021
Interview
Four stages, screening interview, video interview, demo interview, and culture interview. Video interview was as expected. Demo interview consisted of them sending you an assignment which gave you options of salesforce systems you had to implement. With pretty much no direction or guidance, you were expected to build a fully functioning system. To me, this was difficult due to the lack of guidance, but with hours on google and YouTube, you can figure it out. After you build it you will present your project to some other Traction employees. Lastly, the culture check is just a casual chit-chat to ensure you are a good fit with Tractions morals.
