    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Toronto Pearson in June 2015.

    Interview

Applied online. After two weeks, I have received a call for a phone interview. There was no heads up about the phone interview, just got called and had to carry the interview. The person who interviewed cut me off couple of times and she did not really sound enthusiastic about the process. I did not feel that I was respected as a candidate who took my time to apply for the position I was interested into. I thought it was a great company but based on the brief conversation with HR, I am now not sure if I would want to continue this process.

    Interview

The whole process took about a month including phone interview, online skill tests, first panel interview and 2nd interview.
The hiring process was thoughtful, thorough and interview questions were well designed. Interviewers have taken detailed notes, which is good for comparing candidates relative objectively.
The recruiter Jimmy is very professional and personable. Jimmy is open-minded, easygoing, and hard-working. Jimmy tried his best to answer all the questions that I had during the whole process.
