It was group interview with about 6 people and one of the managers. It took place in their storage room round table style, with staff working around us.

Best customer service experience, you received or provided.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick
