Interview
Interview overall lasted about 30 mins. Firstly was given the task of picking a outfit for a 'customer' for a specific occasion (on shop floor). I then had my interview with store manager and floor manager who asked me a list of questions. Was fairly informal and I felt at ease. I was also introduced to the other members of the team who were working that day which made me feel welcome.

Why I wanted to work for tommy? a time I delivered good customer service? a time I received bad customer service?
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
