Interview
Initial phone call felt a bit impersonal and I got the impression that I am just one of many candidates. Of course that is the case, however it seemed to me like the person I was talking to was tired and bored. Otherwise pretty standard, polite conversation and then invitation to complete an online test.

Do I know what TDD stands for and have I worked this way.
It was a three round interview process, which was pretty good and the interviewers were all nice and accommodating. They just dont hire anybody on PGWP so I withdrew from the process.

It was ok, start with the usual chit chat then a problem to solve in your desired language. I found the environment to be a bit buggy and you cannot alt-tab out so be wary of this.

Excelente. En la primera entrevista la recruiter fue muy amable, explicó todo el proceso de entrevistas en 20 minutos y clarificó todas mis dudas sobre el proceso de selección, condiciones laborales y requerimientos.
