I applied online. I interviewed at Think Shift (Portland, OR) in Aug 2017
Interview
5min unscheduled phone screening. 1hr face-to-face interview. Managers from Canadian home office were in Portland interviewing candidates. First 45mins of interview was typical. Then they brought in "The Chairman" and the meeting turned bizarre. This guy was a complete culture shift from the two people conducting the interview up until this point. Self-important and rude, from the moment this guy opened his mouth I knew this was not the place for me.

Overall the interview was ok but I didn't appreciate being asked what my current salary was. A lot of questions if I knew anyone in the company.
The interview was over the phone with clear questions in regards to the position and my motivation for the role.
