      Membership Services Representative Interview

      Feb 12, 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA)

      Interview

Overall, the hiring and interview process was really easy. You go in, get a tour of the facilities, then give a tour to a current employee.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They didn't ask anything difficult. None of the questions were hard, but I'll post what they asked me anyways: 1] Why YMCA? 2] Tell me a little about yourself 3] What do you like to do during your spare time? 4] Can you swim? 5] What do you want to do in life?

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Camp Hill, PA) in Feb 2017

      Interview

The interview process for a part-time position in Membership is fairly simple. Once you apply, you will receive a call and they'll ask you to come in for an interview. After meeting with the director(s) for about 30 minutes, you'll need to wait a few days for them to conduct background checks and reference reviews before hearing back. Be prepared for a drug test and then you're all set for their decision!

      Question 1

What would you do in X situation?
