I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Weather Company
Interview
The interview process with The Weather Company involved approximately six rounds, including a mock presentation, conversations with the Head of Sales, and a meeting with a member of the board. Throughout the process, the interviews themselves were positive, and I found each conversation to be professional and engaging. Communication was consistent during the earlier stages, and I was kept informed as the process progressed. However, after investing significant time in multiple interviews and presentations over two months, communication suddenly stopped and I did not receive any further updates. Given the level of commitment required throughout the process, the lack of follow-up at the end felt disappointing and unprofessional.

Question 1
Tell me about your current relationships in the NYC area?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Weather Company (New York, NY) in Feb 2026
Interview
Pretty good and doable. You have to be prepared for behavioural question like who are you? walk me thru your resume. And you need to be confident. You also need to have information about the company.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for a Golang position here. First interview was with them.
Second was with hiring manager, really cool guy. He asked about my experience and told me about the company and the team.
Final interview was a bit strange. I was told the technical interview would focus on Golang and some leetCode style question. I prepared for the Golang portion but was not prepared for the leetCode algorithm. Entirely my fault. However, I would like to say, as an interviewer, if you see the candidate is stuck or just cant figure out the question you should point that out and ask them if they would like to move on to the second portion of the interview. I simply did not understand the question and at no point in the interview did the interviewers say, lets move on, it seems like you are not understanding this algorithm. I feel that had they done that and I was able to move to the Go portion of the interview it would've turned out better.
