I got a call the next day after I applied. There is a small survey and test that you have to take online. If you do well on that then they will contact you. Pretty standard interview. They asked about my experience with products.

When I first started it took 3 weeks for the hiring process to go through, that was about 3 years ago. The company says they have reworked the hiring system but only new hires will know.
