1st round: 45 minute interview (interesting questions that caught me off guard) 2nd round: 4-hour assessment on day to day roles as a travel operations coordinator Received an email saying they need to hire someone ASAP which didn't align with my timeline.

I just did one interview. It was a 1 hour intro call. The following steps included a 3-4 hour assessment which I chose not to do because I felt I wasn't a good fit for the role.
