I was head-hunted for the role: I was sent a very professional email that outlined why I was being contacted, what about my experience seemed relevant, and what the client was looking for. I was hooked! I had an hour conversation about the process, my experience, what the client was looking for, and expectations were set! I met with the team the next day and was pleasantly surprised (I have interviewed with other agencies before) - I actually got value out of this meeting/interview. I was presented to the client, interviewed 3 times, made a presentation to the CEO, and I am start on Monday. The Leadership Agency provided coaching and insight throughout the process. They know their stuff and a leader in the market - this is very refreshing!
