I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The Institute Of Internal Auditors (Altamonte Springs, FL) in Nov 2014
Interview
The waiting period can be rather long. It depends on the need. There have positions that have filled after 6 months. A phone call is first. You will meet with the Human Resources person. If you continue to the next level you will meet with a panel in a conference room. The team members and HR is present. Depending on the level of the position you may have to return to meet an executive. You will not be told on the spot you will be contacted shortly thereafter.

Interview
Interviewed with an HR Screener via phone. Had good conversation but did not proceed to the next round. Even though I did not get an offer, the recruiter returned my phone calls and emails.

Interview
The communication between initial contact, phone interview and in person interview was prompt and clear. After the in person interview, I didn't hear from them again. I was not notified that I wasn't selected for the position and nearly a month after my interview I saw the position was readvertised. This is unprofessional and disrespectful. An email would have sufficed.
