Was hired on the spot due to a lot of customer service experience. Got a raise after 2 weeks due to doing a great job, dealing with customers. Customers enjoy speaking to me and would thank me for assisting them with whatever they needed.

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
