Quick survey tour of building classroom observation talked to co workers talked to the kids did a skill test asked about manual labor meet with the director and owner went over hours and pay
It was a difficult interview but I was happy to hear there feed back and it gave me valuable insight into there interview process. They were very professional and helpful to tell me how I could improve

Short phone screen after application. Followed by longer phone interview about 30 mins with Director. Lastly an in person interview and time in classroom. Overall easy but being put into a classroom with no warning was a little surprising.
