The interview process was made out to be more important than it was. A general manager approached me and seemed uninterested in my competence as a worker and more interested in simply "getting it over with". This is unusual in my experience even for an entry level position.
The interview was easy and laid back. they asked a few questions, and offered the job... Which I accepted the offer
