Talk about yourself and your accomplishments and what you bring to the team. Had an interview with two people one an hr person and one a financial analyst. The interview lasted for around 30 minutes. They told me it was a casual interview.
2 round interviews with directors and VP. very general questions. They looking for your experience and why you choose them. They prepare to build a new team for the financial department.
