Interview
It was a really easy process that I enjoyed. Everything they do is well organized and hassle free, which made the whole hiring process a breeze. They like to use email and phone calls, so I got an email first with instructions on what I should do or bring before the interview. My interview was with a small group, we had a few ice breaker questions, and then went through reasons why this store would be right for us to work at. The interviewer was very nice and I enjoyed working with him.

Submit Resume online. Recruiting store manager calls to schedule personal interview. It could likely be a small group of two or three candidates. If things go well, you will be called back for a one-on-one interview, followed by an offer.

Based on what you've read on our website about our Foundation Principles, how would you approach a customer in the store?

Interview
first there was a group interview where you all sat in a circle and watched videos about the store. After, you went around to say what you noticed in the video. It was less about you and more about the store. Then, the second interview was individual and pretty standard as far as interviews go.
