There were preliminary online questions that took a while, followed by a 30 minute - through the phone recruiter interview. Did not receive the opportunity to interview with a panel.

Pretty informal but was nice. Talked on the phone twice before getting invited in person. Have not gone in person yet but experience so far has been good. Laid back conversations .

what separates a good sales person from a great one
Short but also really good with an emphasis on your sales history and ability. A start up operation and a little informal but a pleasant experience nonetheless. My manger was Bryan and he was direct and clear cut.
