Interview
Called in for 1st interview after networking. 2 weeks later called back for 2nd interview. Both processes were fairly casual and laid back, with questions asked specifically tailored to situations one might encounter on the job. Got the job a few weeks later. Hiring process can be long, what with a standard testing, orientation, initial training, but that is the nature of the job and company.
Interview was about 30 minutes and the individual was friendly and informational. Interview questions were average difficulty and relevant to the position. Communication prior and after the interview was somewhat lacking.
