The Adult Chair interview questions

Started with a phone call with Sarah (the COO), then the second interview was over zoom with her and Michelle (the CEO) and then Sarah's EA (Amy). After the second interview, Sarah said they would love for me to complete an evaluation which is to show samples of my work. I had to write out example emails, create a one-sheet, etc. My document was 11 pages long and took me hours to complete. I submitted it early and was told they would make their decision on Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and Sarah said they needed another day since Michelle was out of town and that it would now be Wednesday... well Wednesday came around and I heard nothing. I didn't want to seem pushy so I have it until Friday morning and circled back with them. Still nothing. Finally, on Monday afternoon, I get a response from Sarah saying that Michelle had emailed me Wednesday about a job offer, but they never received an answer from me so they went with another candidate. Seems fishy. I had emailed with them MULTIPLE times and received every email from them. I even checked my spam folder, junk folder, etc. when Sarah said Michelle had emailed me and did not receive a response. So, I responded back to Sarah saying I never received any emails and to please resend the email so I could see when it was sent, and sent my correct email address (again). Still haven't heard back from them. Don't waste your time. For a company that is supposed to be about helping others and positive mental health, I find this very disappointing. Sounds like I'm not the only one with this experience either. Look elsewhere for hire. You can do better.
