I received a request to interview with the NICU within a week of applying. Application process was simple. The interview was straight forward and only asked behavioral questions only. Their unit lacked diversity in staff nurses and managers. I realized this was a major factor.

Virtual interview. I showed my face, but the people interviewing me did not so it was a bit awkward to stay engaged with them. It wasn't conversation like, but rather direct and very forward.

Interview
Applied online in THR website, received call from GN residency recruiter, scheduled interview with manager/supervisor. Heard back from recruiter a week after interview. Overall, it was a good experience.
