Did not value my time. Constantly late to scheduled interviews and different seem to be giving an honest overview of the role. Didn’t seem to have a sense of culture.

Question 1
Went over past experience in great detail, multiple examples
Round1 : HR discussion for 1hour to check the suitability of the candidate for the position. Round2: Technical round for 1 hour by hiring manager Round3: Technical round for 1 hour by co-founder after completion of 3 rounds kept on hold for 2weeks and received confirmation that they are going with other candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tetrate
Interview
I was ghosted after the fourth interview - didn't get any feedback or a decline, just radio silence. Really perplexed why this happened, but it wasn't a good experience after considerable time invested into the interview process.
